Back to the grind.
After a what SEEMED like a long 3 days off, I’m back to the gym tomorrow. I think I’m going to give the elliptical a go. Last time I biked and did some strength training stuff. Aaaaand the last time I was on an elliptical it made my knees buckle really bad. My knees suck! Biking/cycling seems to help.

Workin' on my fitness!
I went to the gym today. Mostly did some spinning, which burned a lot of calories fast. But I made the mistake of wearing shoes that were too small (well, too tight). So my feet started to hurt after about 4 minutes of being on the bike.
